Quality of Flame - Our maintenance plan includes adjusting the fireplace flame to your liking. We also clean the interior and exterior of the fireplace glass which results in the ultimate viewing of the flame.

Safety - Laney’s maintenance program ensures that all safety aspects of your fireplace are checked and your system is working in a safe manner. We will also provide you with information on available items for safety and protection of your family.

Fuel Cost Savings - Laney’s maintenance program will help your fireplace run at its most efficient level, which will save you money on your fuel bills. We will also inform you of any money saving ideas.

Value Rate - You will be eligible to receive our preferred customer “Value Rate”. This is a 10% savings on all other heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing service calls throughout the year. (15% for Senior Citizens)

Convenient Scheduling - Our competent, trained, dependable staff of experts is concerned about your equipment and its performance. We will contact you when it’s time for your annual check and service. We work with you to schedule your service calls when it is convenient for you … no worries.

Preferred Treatment - Planned maintenance increases system reliability. However, should you need emergency service, you will be entitled to preferential treatment.
